What data we process and why
Contact form and e-mail. We process your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message in order to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your e-mail address to send you news about our services and technologies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by e-mail to [email protected].
Operational logs. When you visit the site or submit a form, your IP address and browser details are processed for the sole purpose of keeping the site running and protecting the forms against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Contact form enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a maximum of 3 years afterwards so that we can follow up on previous communication.
Newsletter e-mail addresses are kept until you withdraw your consent.
Operational logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
Recipients
Your data is processed by us and by processors providing our technical infrastructure: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and bot protection for the form), Hetzner Online GmbH (server infrastructure in the EU) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (mailbox).
Cloudflare services may involve a transfer of data to the USA. The transfer is covered by the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitor behaviour. We store no cookies that would require your consent, which is why there is no cookie banner and nothing to configure.
The pages load fonts from Adobe Fonts (use.typekit.net) and the Splide library from the jsDelivr network. The Contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form against bots without tracking cookies. These services may technically process your IP address.
